ViraLinq provides digital platform access. Creating an account or submitting a request does not by itself create a paid subscription or billing obligation.
Billing and paid access begin according to the plan selected at checkout and the billing terms shown at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Refund requests, when applicable, are reviewed based on the specific billing situation, account status, and any terms shown at the time of purchase.
