Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how recurring optional ViraLinq products and legacy recurring billing can be stopped.

• The free Smart Profile platform does not require a recurring subscription.
• Cancellation applies only to a recurring optional product or a supported legacy subscription. A one-time product does not renew and does not need to be canceled.
• Canceling stops future renewals. Paid access normally remains available through the end of the current billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.
• Canceling a paid product does not automatically delete the ViraLinq account, public profile, links, or creator-owned content.
• Existing Stripe-managed recurring billing can be managed from Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage billing when that option is available for the account.
