ViraLinq Privacy Notice

Updated July 29, 2026

This notice explains how ViraLinq LLC handles information across the website, application, public Smart Profiles, optional purchases, advertising, and partner workflows.

Information ViraLinq collects

ViraLinq may collect account details, profile content, links, media, product usage, purchase status, support messages, follower email and consent records, and technical information needed to operate and protect the platform.

Public profiles and analytics

Public profile content is intended to be visible. When someone views or clicks a profile, ViraLinq may collect views, clicks, referrer and campaign information, device and browser signals, and session activity for analytics, reliability, fraud prevention, and Smart Profile operation.

Profile follows

When a visitor chooses to follow a creator profile, ViraLinq collects the visitor's email address, consent record, confirmation status, and unsubscribe status so the follow can be verified and managed safely. Creators can view the email addresses of confirmed followers of their own profile. Visitors can unsubscribe using the link provided by ViraLinq.

Payments

Optional ViraLinq purchases and legacy billing may be processed by Stripe. ViraLinq does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment and billing information under its own privacy and security practices.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

ViraLinq may use cookies, local storage, analytics, and error-monitoring tools. Pages that display ads may use Google or other advertising providers and their cookies or identifiers. Where required, advertising technologies will be controlled by consent or privacy choices.

Service providers

ViraLinq may use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, databases, media storage and delivery, analytics, error monitoring, communications, payments, and advertising. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.

Partner applications and identity verification

Partner applicants may submit social-account information, audience details, promotion plans, a government-issued photo ID, and a verification selfie. Access is restricted to authorized reviewers. Raw identity images are intended to be deleted no later than 30 days after successful verification or final rejection, while minimal verification records may be retained for safety and audit purposes.

Retention and deletion

ViraLinq retains information while needed to provide the platform, meet legal or payment obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect users. Account, privacy, and deletion requests may be sent to hello@viralinq.com.

Your choices

You may update profile information in your account, unsubscribe from profile follows, request support or deletion, and use available cookie or advertising controls. Some essential storage is required for sign-in, security, and core platform operation.
