ViraLinq Platform Terms

These terms apply to ViraLinq websites, applications, public Smart Profiles, free platform services, and optional paid products.
Platform service
ViraLinq LLC provides a Smart Profile platform for public profiles, links, media presentation, analytics, products, services, bookings, contact paths, and related platform capabilities. Core platform access is free unless a specific optional product is offered separately.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and activity. You may not use ViraLinq for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, spam, phishing, unauthorized-access, or rights-infringing activity.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give ViraLinq a limited permission to host, process, display, deliver, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the platform and your requested features.
Optional purchases and Stripe
ViraLinq may sell optional digital products, media capacity, promotional products, or transaction services. The price, allowance, renewal terms, taxes, and refund treatment shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Stripe processes ViraLinq payments. ViraLinq does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Legacy billing
Previous Pro and Smart subscriptions are not offered to new users. Existing payment, access, refund, and cancellation obligations remain supported according to the applicable purchase terms and policies.
No financial account or creator payout service
ViraLinq is not a bank, stored-value provider, escrow service, money transmitter, or creator payout account. ViraLinq does not currently receive, hold, or distribute customer funds on behalf of creators. Separate terms will apply if creator commerce launches.
Advertising and third-party destinations
ViraLinq pages may contain advertising, sponsored placements, embeds, or links to third-party services. Third parties are responsible for their own products, content, privacy, and terms. Advertising does not change the order or authority of your ViraLinq account purchases unless clearly disclosed.
Moderation, changes, and suspension
ViraLinq may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or change platform capabilities when reasonably needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, reliability, or product operation. Material terms for an active paid product will be disclosed through the applicable account or purchase flow.
