Purchases, refunds and cancellations
For missing digital-product access, checkout issues or refunds, provide your order reference and the email used at checkout. Do not forward secure purchase links to others.

Bookings and service updates
For guest booking confirmation, changes or cancellation, include the booking reference and service involved. A booking cancellation is not necessarily an automatic payment refund.
Abuse, spam, privacy and legal notices
For suspected phishing, message delivery complaints, abuse, content issues, copyright concerns or personal-data requests, email hello@viralinq.com. Name the sending address, message or transaction reference where applicable.
